Items You'll Need
- 1/2 potato (per person)
- Salt (as per your taste)
- 1/2 lime
- Chili powder (as per your taste)
- 1-2 tablespoons of canola oil
- First, take the potato and skin the vegetable, and then cut the potato, in any way you want! (Make sure to make the pieces big)
- Then, take a non-stick pan and heat it on the stove, add the measured oil on the pan, spread it around the pan.
- Next, put the potato wedges on the pan.
- Fourth, keep the potatoes on the pan for 5-10 minutes, or until they turn brown.
- Fifth, while the potatoes are taking there time grilling, add salt on the vegetables and with a spatula, flip the potatoes.
- Sixth, turn the stove off and let the fries cool for 3 minutes.
- Last, put chili powder and lime juice on the fries.
