Fruit Salad

When you go back home, do you ever say or think this,"oh, what will I eat?" Or," what should I make today?"
Well I know the answer, today we will be focusing on salad.

Fruit salad:   YOU WILL NEED...
  • fruits of your choice, three or four( for example, kiwi, banana,and apple)
  • limes(juiced)
  • blueberries, or any small fruit sprinkled on top( such as grapes, gooseberry, or cherries) 
  1. First cut all fruits and mix in bowl
  2. Then squeeze juice out of lime/lemon(if needed)
  3. Third sprinkle berries on top
  4. Last....
ENJOY!!!! Once you try this, it will become your favorite healthy snack. It is a wonderful dessert, fun for the family! It is a wonderful way of eating healthy foods. Why later? Start now make a healthy,a new habit for your taste buds
    If you are interested, I suggest you to sprinkle your favorite juice on top of the salad, or on hot days, keep it in the freezer. It will be your favorite healthy cold treat!

Tip of the Week: Tropical Fruity Blast
Love fruit salads, then keep all those ingredients in a blender and keep mixing until you see it has completely turned into liquid, If needed, add water or ice.
If you are a person who needs the juice sweeter, just add one little spoon of sugar, it makes a big difference. For those who enjoys sour and bitter juices, I recommend you to add more lime juice. Hope you like this recipe, too. What fun fruity ideas do you have?
