Ingredients
- One small slab of cottage cheese
- Two onions
- Two green peppers
- Two half boiled potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Salt (as per taste)\
- Chili powder (as per taste)
- Garlic paste (as per taste)
- Chili paste (as per taste)
- Ginger paste (as per taste)
- Lemon juice (as per taste)
- Chili flakes (as per taste)
- Two pinches of turmeric
- One teaspoon of curry powder
- First, cut the cottage cheese into small cubes and place them into a bowl.
- Then, add all the spices and pastes into the same bowl (salt, turmeric, chili powder, curry powder, ginger paste, etc...)
- Next, cut all the vegetables into big chunks and add them into the same bowl. Then, put the measured oil in the mixture.
- Fourth, mix thoroughly for 2-5 minutes. Marinate the mixture for two hours.
- Fifth, preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
- Sixth, put foil on an oven plate and drizzle oil on it.
- Seventh, bake for 40 minutes. But, while it is cooking, mix the vegetables around, so it can be crisp.
