Food Facts: When you get sugary pudding or cream, it is never healthy and shouldn't be eaten daily. This is why we will be making a fun parfait, where every layer of it is yummy and healthy. So we will make a delicious parfait with a healthy twist, LET'S GET STARTED!!
What You'll Need
- One box of pudding powder, any flavor, or ice cream
- Two cups of milk
- Any topping you enjoy! (Chocolate chips, coconut shavings, fruits, etc)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- First, combine the pudding mix and the milk (1 cup ) in a large bowl and mix, do the same for the other pudding flavor (if needed).
- Then, let it sit for five minutes, so the mix can be thick and flavorful.
- Third, wash the fruit and slice them (if needed) and set them aside, for now.
- Fourth, put the heavy cream in a large bowl and use the electric mixer to mix the heavy cream into whipped cream. (From heavy cream to stiff peaks, mix it for 3-5 minutes.)
- Layer your cup with all your favorite pudding, fruit, and other toppings.
On the bottom, chocolate pudding
Then, a layer of your favorite fruit.
Layer vanilla pudding
Then, a piece of chocolate or coconut shavings, etc.
A layer of heavy cream(whipped cream)
And then on the top, a fancy organized layer of fruit.
